While on the run from the police, a 28-year-old driver hit a young man and his mother in Ludwigshafen and injured them slightly.
Then he wanted to continue to flee on Sunday evening, as the police announced on Monday.
With their service weapons at hand, officers stopped the car and provisionally arrested the drugged driver and the three other inmates, aged 25 to 38.
Ludwigshafen - According to initial investigations, the four men had threatened the 28-year-old son and his 45-year-old mother because of money claims.
The woman then alerted the emergency number.
