For the death of a 25-year-old, run over and killed by a car while he was riding his moped two years ago in Milan, the owner of a parked car is now facing trial for culpable cooperation in the road murder.
The boy had been hit by a car that passed with red, whose driver has now died of natural causes, and ended up in a car parked where he was not supposed to be.
The investigations by the local police and the coroner established that it was the impact against that car that was fatal to the victim.
Hence the imputation for the owner.
