Tehran-Sana
The head of the Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, stressed that the hostile forces had failed militarily in confronting Iran, which prompted it to move to the embargo and launch economic and media wars against the Iranian people.
Fars news agency quoted Qalibaf as saying in a statement today: "The forces hostile to Iran, after its military failure, are seeking to implement another method to change the beliefs of the youth and spread weakness in its ranks... Therefore, it has become our priority to respond to this approach, arming itself with enlightening and media knowledge, and then economic power."
Qalibaf pointed to the responsibility of the United States and a number of other countries in creating the terrorist organization "ISIS" and attempts to target Iran, indicating that they failed in this thanks to the steadfastness of the Iranian people.
