The seven-day incidence of new corona infections rose at the beginning of the week in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
According to the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (Lagus) on Monday, 73.9 people per 100,000 inhabitants were verifiably infected with the corona virus within a week.
The previous day, according to Lagus, the value was 71.8, and on Monday a week ago it was 54.9.
Rostock - Six other deaths were registered according to Lagus in connection with a corona infection.
The Lagus reported 94 new corona infections - after 76 the day before and 44 a week ago.
Since Sunday, all districts and independent cities have been in the yellow area on the country's risk-weighted Corona level map.
Most recently, the Mecklenburg Lake District also switched from green to yellow.
Should the district also be yellow on Tuesday, among other things, extended test obligations for unvaccinated people will be necessary, which already apply in other regions.
According to Lagus, the state capital Schwerin and the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim did not transmit any data over the weekend and reported on Monday.
In Ludwigslust-Parchim, the seven-day incidence rose by 14.6 to 89.2 and in Schwerin by 6.3 to 59.6.
The value was highest in the Hanseatic city of Rostock (96.6) and lowest in the district of Vorpommern-Greifswald (51.7).
