2021-10-26T06:14:24.465Z

The beautician and owner of the cosmetics brand underwent surgery following a separation of her abdominal muscles and umbilical hernia.

The beautician and content creator Ashley Waxman Bakshi brings up many topics on the agenda, especially those that are not talked about much.

Her camera, whose products reach her YouTube account, enters an operating room and also records the non-photogenic moments after.

Her significant exposure started with the fact that she said she had a lump in her breast.

She exposed the whole process and the tests, until the moment when it was possible to breathe a sigh of relief.

Recently, Waxman Bakshi said that she had abdominal muscle separation as a result of crowded pregnancies and sports that were done incorrectly and made the situation worse, and also said that she also suffers from a umbilical hernia.

She underwent surgery that also included cosmetic surgery of tummy tuck.

After much request, yesterday (Monday) she uploaded photos before and after the surgery.

"I drank gallons of courage juice today to get it up," she opened the post.

"But I see the amount of requests for before and after pictures. I really think not talking about it enough and I want to raise awareness of the issue."

"Maybe a picture in my panties will help it get exposure," Waxman wondered.

"Why not send us, postpartum women, for an ultrasound to make sure the muscles are back in place before we do a million sit-ups in the gym because we want to lower our bellies after pregnancy?".

"The surgery I did was not because I wanted to look thin," she stressed.

"As you can see, I reached my goals! But without repairing the muscles (and also losing a pound of excess skin) I would still continue to carry unnecessary loads on my back, and also continue to look pregnant forever, and that's regardless of the umbilical hernia I had."

"In short, help me raise awareness for women! Dear women, before you go back to postpartum fitness, you will require an ultrasound of your abdominal muscles from your family doctor. Maybe simple physiotherapy can prevent what I experienced," the important post concluded.
