Warm money rain for nine clubs, organizations and institutions in the district: The foundation of the Kreissparkasse Starnberg has distributed 20,000 euros these days.

- With 6,000 euros, the foundation enables bullying prevention work at kindergartens, after-school care centers and schools.
With the help of the foundation, the project “Strong even without muscles” can be carried out at the day care centers of the city of Starnberg, the St. Elisabeth kindergarten in Andechs as well as at the Starnberg elementary school, the Oskar Maria Graf elementary school in Aufkirchen and the Carl Orff elementary school Andechs can be realized.
The cultural association Herrsching was able to perform the opera for children in the Kurparkschlösschen with the support of the foundation in the amount of 1000 euros.
The Freundeskreis Museum Starnberger See is pleased about the foundation's support for the museum's current exhibition project - “picturesque!
Villas and Artists on Lake Starnberg ”- and receives 5000 euros for it.
The working group for disability issues of the Starnberg District Office is supported with 3000 euros.
She has been doing inclusion work for over 40 years and, thanks to the foundation's funding, was able to realize a barrier-free live stream event in June.
The Königswinkel Kultur gGmbH is investing donations of 5000 euros in the anniversary festival it is planning to take place from December 10th to 15th in the Andechs monastery and in Pöcking.
"The large number of beneficiaries only reflect a fraction of the possible funding purposes," said the foundation in a press release.
Non-profit associations and organizations from the district that are planning a project or are dependent on financial support for a specific purchase can easily submit an application to the foundation of the Kreissparkasse Starnberg.
Funding applications are even possible at short notice this year, as the foundation's funding pot is still well filled thanks to the generous donation from the Kreissparkasse, it said.
