Eight Iraqis were killed and 10 others were wounded as a result of a terrorist attack targeting them in the town of Muqdadiya, Diyala Governorate, northeastern Iraq.
Alsumaria News quoted an Iraqi security source as saying that "ISIS terrorists attacked the village of al-Rashad in the Muqdadiya district of Diyala, killing eight people and wounding 10 others," noting that military reinforcements had arrived in the village of al-Rashad in an attempt to control the security situation.
An Iraqi soldier was killed and another wounded earlier today, when an explosive device was detonated in Mosul, Nineveh Governorate, northern Iraq.
