Nearly 7,500 electronic bracelets and anti-reconciliation broke down on Monday, October 25 between 4:10 p.m. and 9:50 p.m.
This proportion represents half of this equipment in service: 14,500 conventional bracelets and 350 anti-reconciliation bracelets managed by the service provider Thalès.
The latter, at the request of the Keeper of the Seals, will have to explain himself to the management of the prison administration.
At this stage, the Chancellery does not deplore any serious incident.
