Ron Artzi, Chairman of the Tadmir Group: "We see great importance in assisting various populations, including people with disabilities, in order to give them an equal opportunity to integrate into society.
The establishment of the 'Tadmir Unit' in cooperation with the "Large in Uniform" program is a significant step for us, and we are happy to allow young people with special needs to become soldiers in the IDF.
"This combination is made from the concept that giving opportunities to young people with disabilities will benefit both the military system in tailored jobs and volunteers whose very service will give them a sense of vitality. In the long run, young people will develop life skills, adapt to relationships with society ".
