(CNN) -

Ammunition was found in a fanny pack on the set of "Rust," The New York Times reports, citing Santa Fe County court records.

An inventory list filed in court Monday includes three revolvers, spent casings and ammunition, according to the report.

The ammunition was in boxes, loose and in the fanny pack, but the inventory list did not specify the types of ammunition seized, nor was it detailed if they included imitations, blank cartridges or normal bullets, according to the newspaper.

  • Members of the "Rust" team reportedly used live ammunition weapons hours before the deadly shooting on the set

CNN is trying to obtain a copy of the court's inventory list.

The Wrap founder and CEO Sharon Waxman told CNN's Don Lemon that crew members on the set of "Rust" used live ammunition guns and participated in a hobby called "plinking" hours before Halyna Hutchins died Monday night, citing information from an individual with knowledge of what was happening on set.

"There is a hobby that team members do sometimes, it's called 'plinking,' and they go out into rural areas and shoot beer cans. This is with live ammunition. We found out that this happened the morning of the day in that Halyna Hutchins died, "Waxman said.

Waxman told CNN that "plinking" is common when there are dead times during a shoot.

CNN has not been able to confirm the information from The Wrap.

When asked by The Wrap to comment on this information, the producers of "Rust" referred to their earlier statement sent to the media, including CNN: "The safety of our cast and crew is the top priority of Rust Productions and of everyone associated with the company. Although we have not heard of any official complaints about the safety of weapons or accessories on the set, we will carry out an internal review of our procedures while production is stopped. We will continue to cooperate with the authorities of Santa Fe in their investigation and we will offer mental health services to the cast and crew during this tragic time. "
