ATM blown up on the Lower Rhine

Unknown people blew up an ATM in a bank on the Lower Rhine. According to the police, a witness heard a loud bang on Tuesday morning and watched as three people with plastic bags ran away on foot from the crime scene in Dinslaken. At first it was not known whether and how much money the perpetrators had stolen. The police are now looking for more witnesses.
