Abdullah Wehbe, explained that the company has completed the work related to laying cables, anchors, and installing insulators to ensure the continuity of electrical supply 24 hours a day for the pumps of Al-Raymi wells in the countryside of Damascus.

Wehbe pointed to the rehabilitation of an exit to feed the pumps of Al-Rimi wells from Khan Al-Sheih station and equipping it with a medium tension cell, rehabilitating its path from the station through Beit Tema to Jandal Castle and Baqasim, and preparing the necessary maneuvers to restore the old path to what it was before it was sabotaged by terrorists, with the aim of securing water for citizens.

The works also included, according to Wahbi, extending networks from Khan Eshieh station with a length of 7 km to the village of Beit Tima and a cable with a length of 2,350 meters within the village, rehabilitating an electrical network with a length of 6 km, and preparing a maneuver between the Arna and Al-Rimi lines, indicating that the work took about two months, during which they faced several difficulties due to the ruggedness of the mountainous area. And the lack of roads for mechanisms, forcing emergency workers to carry equipment and walk to reach and complete work places.

In turn, the Director of Artouz Electricity Department, Eng. Mustafa Haidar, explained that the Al-Rimi outlet has been out of service since 2014 and has been rehabilitated today through works that included laying a 4-kilometre cable to isolate villages from the outlet and to feed water pumps, indicating that this outlet is exempt from rationing to benefit from it around the clock. .

And among the emergency workers in Qalaat Jandal, Noureddine Saqr said: We are currently carrying out a maneuver between the exit of Arna and the exit of the pumps, and we are implementing the connection process on the two exits with the aim of securing the electrical supply of the water pumps and meeting the citizens' need for water.
