One of the customers told Israel Today, "Until a few minutes ago, I could not do anything: I could not surf my phone or my home computer because I was at home and my home Internet belonged to Partner.
I was able to call in part.
This is a malfunction that took about half an hour. "
A company customer of the company added: We had a malfunction in all of the firm's telephony lines, on the Internet and on cell phones and it took almost an hour.
It came back 10 minutes ago.
We have a lot of lines in the office and suddenly in the middle of the day it was not possible to work and there was no communication during the busiest hours.
Partner has updated customers about the malfunction now.
A message sent to customers read "Dear customers, there are loads on the cellular network which cause a slowdown in browsing for some of the customers.
We are working to regulate the loads and fully restore normal surfing. "
