At system meetings held once a week, members of the system always like to order a lunch that will be delicious, satisfying and at fair prices.

At a meeting last week, Juicy Burger was drawn, after one of the producers received a recommendation from a number of companies.

We contacted and ordered 20 dishes of exceptionally juicy and delicious types of burgers, so much so that the editor of the section unequivocally stated: JUICY BURGER is worth an article, and here it is.

Juicy Burger is a small restaurant specializing in burgers.

The uniqueness of the restaurant is reflected in a number of special dishes that would not embarrass chef restaurants - rich and rich dishes with an original twist in the plot, so that each bite is one big experience.

For the system meeting we ordered several dishes:

☑ Extreme Hamburger - arrived in one layer of smoked asado, and another layer of beef hamburger, aged entrecote, with garlic aioli and egg yolk topping on top.

☑ Corruption burger: Hamburger of aged beef, foie gras medallions, onion jam and garlic confit.

☑ Pop Chick Burger - Juicy chicken patty coated in popcorn, this came with a coleslaw salad, pickled cucumber and chipotle aioli and garlic aioli.

☑ Burika Burger - Egg wrapped in cigar leaves, it came accompanied by fried onions, aioli curry and a juicy patty of aged beef.

☑ A classic hamburger - on which we put eight different toppings!

When we opened the various burger packages, the room was filled with wonderful aromas.

The rolls were so soft and fresh that they reminded us of a brioche bun, so much so.

The burgers were especially juicy and indulgent, mainly due to the various toppings and combinations that gave a cosmic feeling to the palate, and in general all the meat dishes were perfectly cooked.

If already burgers then of course we also ordered fries on the side.

Here too the selection and flavors could very easily have entered the most recognizable hamburger chains.

We ordered crispy fries and sweet potato fries, pottos crunch and above all, onion flower rings.

It’s an onion cut in the shape of a flower, but beyond the special look, it opened with a tempura topping that came with a homemade chipotle sauce, and it was one big wow so we couldn’t help but clap big and big.

For dessert everyone ordered a chocolate pie, a fur dessert that was a perfect end to a great culinary experience.

We had to find out who was behind Juicy Burger. We discovered that this is a young guy, Tal Yehoshua by name, who has lived and breathed the fast food world since a young age, specialized in restaurants in the country, and in between he went on culinary trips to burgers around the world for inspiration.

"I have a crazy love and passion for all different types of food, but burgers are the first and greatest love of all, and if already fast food then let it be the best, fresh, insane taste and fine meat. In Juicy I go with heart, soul and with The imagination has no boundaries, "Tal said.

Juicy Burger has been active for about a year, and is open Sunday to Thursday, between 12:00 noon and 2:00. About half an hour after Shabbat, the kitchen reopens (closed on Fridays).

We learned from Matt that when it comes to plans for the future, he plans to open more branches so that the flavors of Juicy Burger will reach more places around the country, about which we will continue to follow and report.
