"There are currently problems nationwide in the IT systems of the judiciary," confirmed Ralf Herrenbrück, spokesman for the NRW Ministry of Justice, on Tuesday upon request.

Justice employees reported that there had been problems with the central computer of the justice system in Münster since Monday.
