A 36-year-old from the Miesbach district had a serious accident with his racing bike in Brunnthal.

- The racing cyclist was on the left sidewalk on Hofoldinger Straße in Brunnthal on Monday.
At around 9 a.m. he wanted to cross the street between parked cars - and according to the police overlooked an approaching VW.
Cyclist crashes into windshield
The cyclist hit the side of the car, was thrown onto the hood and windshield.
Fortunately, the 36-year-old was wearing a helmet.
He came to the hospital by ambulance.
The police estimate the damage at 4,000 euros.
