The seven-day incidence of new corona infections in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania increased further on Tuesday.
According to the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (Lagus) on Tuesday, 77.4 people per 100,000 inhabitants were verifiably infected with the corona virus within a week.
The previous day, according to Lagus, the value was 73.9, and on Tuesday a week ago it was 61.4.

The Lagus reported 396 new infections - after 94 the day before and 309 a week ago.
On the country's risk-weighted Corona level map, a circle with the Vorpommern-Greifswald district has been colored green again since Tuesday.
The rest of the country is at yellow level.
Since the district of Mecklenburg Lake District has been yellow for a total of three days, extended test obligations for unvaccinated people are now necessary, which already apply in other regions.
