Seven Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails continue their hunger strike in protest of its continued crimes against the prisoners, amid the deterioration of their health conditions and the escalation of threats to their lives.
Wafa Agency stated that the striking prisoners are Kayed Phosphorus, who has been on strike for 104 days, Miqdad Al Qawasma for 97 days, Alaa Al Araj for 79 days, Hisham Abu Hawash for 70 days, Shadi Abu Aker for 63 days, Ayyad Al Harimi for 34 days and Ratib Haribat for 17 days.
Human rights and legal institutions warned of the seriousness of the health status of the two prisoners, Kayed Phosphorous and Miqdad Al-Qawasma, noting that the two prisoners would likely suffer a sudden setback that would end in the death of one of them due to the convulsions they were subjected to, the sharp drop in fluid levels in the body, and the continued appearance of signs of yellowing, emaciation and inability to speak.
