Because of the suspicion of infidelity in the tens of millions, two men and a woman will have to answer before the Berlin district court from Tuesday (9:30 a.m.).
The accused are two 77- and 44-year-old lawyers and a 54-year-old woman.
The prosecution accuses them of extracting money from the companies of a building contractor and art collector.
Berlin - The woman is said to be the former partner of the art patron who died in September 2020.
According to investigations as managing directors or de facto managing directors of a GmbH, the defendants are said to have sold and transferred shares owned by the company between November and the end of December 2018 and then waived the agreed purchase price of more than 20 million euros.
In doing so, they are said to have sought the favor of the art collector's former partner.
So far, 20 negotiation days are planned for the process until February 2022.
