Temperatures continue to be higher than their average for this period of the year as a result of the country being affected by a weak extension of a shallow air rise from the north-east accompanied by western currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

And the General Directorate of Meteorology expected in its bulletin this morning that the weather will be between clear and partly cloudy in general, tending to cold at night in the mountainous heights, warning of the formation of fog in the central region and Qalamoun during the early morning hours, with northeasterly winds between light and moderate, and the sea with light waves.
