The 65 meter by 25 meter warehouse of an agricultural company burned down in Uckerland (Uckermark).
People were not injured, as the police operations and situation center in Potsdam announced on Tuesday.
The fire broke out on Monday lunchtime for an as yet unexplained cause.
Around 35 tons of sunflower seeds and around 60 tons of grain, which were destroyed by the fire, were stored in the hall.
Uckerland / Potsdam - The extinguishing work would have been difficult, it said.
The damage was estimated at around 300,000 euros.
