The online retailer started work in its logistics center in Gera at the end of August.
According to its own information, Amazon invested 130 million euros there, and around 2,000 jobs are to be created.
From Tiefensee's point of view, the settlement of Amazon offers "additional perspectives for economic development" not only for Gera, but for the entire region.
