The Berlin police have caught a gang of suspected young robbers and cleared up a long series of brutal robberies in the north of the capital.
Two teenagers aged 16 and 17 and an 18-year-old were arrested on Tuesday morning in Mitte and Neukölln, it was reported.
The police are still looking for another 16-year-old.
Berlin - There are arrest warrants against the four suspects.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested on Thursday.
The police also searched five apartments.
Since March, the criminal police have been investigating the series of robberies, which according to current knowledge includes 23 crimes.
The gang of seven teenagers and young men is said to have attacked unsuspecting people from behind in Wedding and Reinickendorf in order to steal valuables.
The perpetrators proceeded with "massive violence", the victims suffered, according to the police, some serious injuries.
