A 22-year-old man has denied in court that he deliberately strangled a woman during sex.
At the start of the trial on Wednesday in Aachen, the man was charged with an insidious murder to satisfy his sexual instinct.
The man tied the hands of his 20-year-old victim behind the back with duct tape during sex and then wrapped polyester tape around the woman's neck much too tight, the prosecutor said.

During the sexual intercourse, the 22-year-old took a long polyester tape and wrapped it tightly around the neck of the already tied woman, according to the indictment.
