When a 24-year-old female household returned home early that morning, a man was followed by a man to her residential unit, suspecting that the other party had attempted.
CCTV footage showed that after the man noticed the number of floors of the female victim, he followed him upstairs by the elevator. Fortunately, the female victim opened the door and entered the house in time. She then called the police.
After investigation, the police arrested a 24-year-old local man surnamed Liu who was suspected of loitering in a public housing unit in Tin Shui Wai yesterday (26th). He has been temporarily charged with one crime of loitering. The case will be in Tuen Mun tomorrow (28th) morning. The Magistrates' Court.
