The market has been swept empty, prices and demand are extremely high.
If you want to build a house in Ebersberg, you get desperate when looking for a plot of land.
The city wants to remedy this - also for people with enough change.
Ebersberg
- The district town has been involved in building land for locals for decades.
Numerous areas have been designated for families on a tight budget.
Now higher earners should also benefit - im
new building area in the western district of Hörmannsdorf.
People with a high income and / or wealth should settle here ..
The city bought the property on the north-western edge of the hamlet of Hörmannsdorf years ago.
The original plan was to locate the recycling center here, although the villagers were not in the least bit by storm.
Above all, they feared the incoming and outgoing traffic.
Building land in Hörmannsdorf: There are already over 140 interested parties
Now they are getting new neighbors, more than 140 interested parties have already registered with the city for the eight properties with areas between 450 and 830 square meters. According to a report commissioned by the city, the square meter prices are between 740 euros and 1000 euros, depending on the location. A ninth plot of land is to be offered for sale to the Vaterstetten neighborhood aid. This had indicated that they wanted to implement short-term care here.
The city council will decide on the allocation of the land.
In doing so, it is based on a catalog of criteria that it adopted in 2019 for the award of land to lower-income people.
However, different income and asset limits should apply in Hörmannsdorf, after all the land should be sold at fair market prices.
Eligible to apply are those willing to build who do not earn more than 150,000 euros (single) or 300,000 euros (married) per year.
Your existing assets must not exceed 1.5 million euros.
These limit values were decided by the city council committees on Tuesday evening.
The city would prefer families with children
According to its own statements, the city also wants to pave the way for people with high incomes to own their own homes, as "this group of people does not get a chance in the model of discounted building land due to the income limits".
Primarily, families with children in Hörmannsdorf are to be given a building plot, "whereby particular consideration is given to location-related issues in the form of a main residence or a professional activity in the municipality, as well as aggravating individual living conditions in the form of a handicap or need for care," according to the city administration.
Ebersberg expects sales of around 5.4 million euros in Hörmannsdorf.
Money that the city urgently needs to finance the high investments, for example in the indoor swimming pool.
