ATM blown up in Lützen: bank branch damaged

When an ATM was blown up in Lützen (Burgenlandkreis) on Wednesday night, the bank branch was badly damaged.

It was initially unclear whether money could actually be stolen, the police said.

In addition to the machine, several panes broke in the bank branch and the interior of the vestibule was devastated.

Lützen - No information was available at noon on the amount of property damage.

The police initially had no evidence of the perpetrators.

Therefore, the search is now on for witnesses who could observe suspicious people or vehicles.
