The Canon company in Poing donated 1500 transport boxes to the Ebersberg district fire inspection.
The idea for this came from employees.
Poing - what to do with 1500 plastic boxes that you no longer need?
Canon at the Poing site recently faced this question - employees Bernhard Hunscha and Christian Stampfer answered it as follows: We are giving away the boxes.
The recipient was the district fire inspection Ebersberg, which will distribute the boxes to all volunteer fire brigades in the district as needed, Canon announced.

The storage and transport boxes are of various sizes and were left over from a production relocation by Canon from Vancouver.
About 1500 of them ended up at the Poing site, where they could no longer be used, writes Canon.
Bernhard Hunscha, who is an active member of the Kirchseeon volunteer fire brigade and, among other things, volunteers as a first responder, organized the handover to the district fire inspection.
She picked up the boxes in Poing and brought them to the headquarters in Ebersberg.
By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Ebersberg newsletter.
