Cargo ships collide on the Rhine in Duisburg

Two freight ships collided head-on on the Rhine in Duisburg on Tuesday evening.

According to the police, no one was injured.

According to the investigators, one of the ships left the canal port and then collided with the tanker headed for Düsseldorf.

Both remained buoyant.

The captains were then not allowed to continue.

Duisburg - While the tanker was too badly damaged, crew members were missing on the motor ship, as the police announced on Wednesday.
