A new series of events by the city archive in Halberstadt (Harz) is intended to bring visitors closer to part of the city's history.
The series of evening events with the title “Behind the Scenes of the City Archives” takes on one aspect of Halberstadt's city history, as a city spokesman announced on Wednesday.
The first thing on the program was an event on the subject of Jewish Halberstadt on Wednesday evening.
Halberstadt - Among other things, writings on Jewish Halberstadt from the Middle Ages to the present should be presented.
The city archive wants to give an insight into its own work and the possibilities of using archive materials.
