A week earlier the incidence had been 52.
It is about the new infections reported within seven days per 100,000 inhabitants.
The national average is even 118, which is much higher.
Düsseldorf - Within one day, 3507 new corona cases were last registered in the most populous federal state.
There have been 13 other deaths related to Covid-19.
In North Rhine-Westphalia, the Minden-Lübbecke district continued to have the highest seven-day incidence with 159.9, followed by the Lippe district (134.2) and the Olpe district (123.6).
The index was lowest in the districts of Wesel (43.7) and Bottrop (36.6).
