Partner's Internet services collapsed a short time ago, leaving hundreds of thousands of subscribers unable to connect to the network, neither via mobile nor through the wired Internet it provides to its customers.
The glitch included cellular subscribers, fiber optic subscribers and TV subscribers.

One of the customers told Israel Today: "Until a few minutes ago, I could not do anything: neither surf my phone nor my home computer, because I am at home and my home Internet belongs to Partner.
I was able to call in part.
This is a malfunction that took about half an hour. "
A business customer of the company added: "We had a malfunction in all the office telephony lines, internet and mobile, and it took almost an hour. It came back ten minutes ago. We have a lot of lines in the office, and suddenly in the middle of the day it was impossible to work and there was no communication during the busiest hours." .
Partner has updated customers about the malfunction now.
A message sent to customers read: "Dear customers, there are loads on the cellular network which cause a slowdown in surfing for some of the customers.
We are working to regulate the loads and restore normal surfing in full. "
