In September the number of unemployed in Hamburg fell for the eighth time in a row.
The Hamburg Employment Agency wants to announce today whether this trend has continued in October.
In September, 75,986 women and men were registered as unemployed in the city, 2586 or 3.3 percent fewer than in August.
Compared to September 2020, the number of unemployed fell by 9,605 or 11.2 percent.
Hamburg - The unemployment rate, i.e. the share of registered unemployed in the total labor force, was 7.0 percent in September - after 7.3 percent in August and 8.0 percent in September 2020 October.
