The Higher Regional Court (OLG) in Hamm continues today (10:00 a.m.) the hearing about a dispute over pesticides on an organic field in East Westphalia.
The parties to the dispute faced each other in the civil proceedings as early as 2017.
The farmers then rejected a settlement proposal, a dispute between experts and a delay developed because one of the experts had fallen ill.

Pendimethalin, an active ingredient in pesticides, had been detected in the celery he had planted.
