In his statement, the Deputy Foreign Minister said that "there were serious and constructive talks with the Union envoy on the important elements for achieving successful talks. We agreed to start negotiations (on entering back into the nuclear agreement; EL) by the end of November.
A specific date will be announced next week. "
As you may recall, Iran has recently made significant progress in its nuclear program, achieving a 60% uranium level, far beyond what is allowed under the nuclear deal.
According to various recent estimates, if you want, it will be able to obtain within a month at the current rate enough uranium enriched for a bomb, although the very nuclear warhead train itself is probably still far away.
