An Israeli military court on Wednesday indicted a Palestinian with the premeditated murder of a Franco-Israeli in December in the occupied West Bank, the military said in a statement.

Esther Horgen's body was found in December with beatings in a forest near the small Israeli settlement of Tal Menashé in the northern West Bank.
