The head of the Lebanese Youth and Change Party, Salem Fathi Yakan, condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a military overnight bus in Damascus last Wednesday.
Yakan said in a statement that the terrorist bombing, which claimed the lives of innocent people, comes within the framework of attempts by the enemies of Syria to tamper with its capabilities and undermine the security and safety it enjoys.
He stressed that Syria, the leadership and people, will remain a fortress of steadfastness in the face of conspirators, traffickers and dark forces, pointing out that this country is dear to the hearts of free people across the earth.
It is noteworthy that 14 martyrs were killed and a number of others were wounded last Wednesday as a result of a terrorist detonation of two explosive devices targeting a military overnight bus as it passed near the President Bridge in Damascus.
