Ingredients

    • 4 potatoes - peeled and cooked

    • 2 eggs

    • 2 cans of tuna in oil - filtered

    • Cucumber and carrots (canned)

    • ¼ Finely chopped parsley

    • 2 cloves crushed garlic

    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

    • ½ Swollen flour

    • Spray oil for baking in the oven or canola oil for frying

Preparation

How to make meatballs with tuna?

  • 1 Mash the potatoes with the eggs.

  • 2 Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to a uniform mixture.

  • Using two spoons, form slightly flattened patties and place on a baking paper-lined pan.

    Spray with oil spray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.

    Alternatively fry in shallow oil on both sides until browned.
