Finance Minister Michael Boddenberg reacted calmly to the decision of the Hessian State Court that the state's Corona special fund is unconstitutional.
"I'm glad that we now have clarity," said Boddenberg on Wednesday in Wiesbaden.
The court entered uncharted territory with its decision.
There is now a lot to rework.
Wiesbaden - "We have to create a new regulation."
It is important, however, that all the measures decided so far remain in place, stressed the finance minister.
This also applies to the measures that have already started.
According to the decision of Hesse's top judges, the state now has a transition period until the end of March next year to ensure that its corona financing is reorganized.
