The Russian Plenipotentiary Representative in the Donbass Contact Group, Boris Gryzlov, held the Ukrainian side fully responsible for the aggravation of the situation in Donbass.
Russia Today website quoted Gryzlov as saying during the regular meeting of the Contact Group for a Settlement in Eastern Ukraine that all responsibility for the aggravation of the situation in Donbas lies with the Ukrainian side.
"Kiev is trying to provoke Donbass to resume hostilities," Gryzlov added.
For its part, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the self-declared Donetsk Republic confirmed that the Ukrainian security forces tried to occupy the village of Staromarievka in Telmanovsky district, south of Donetsk.
Gryzlov had confirmed on the thirteenth of this month that Kiev's representatives are doing their utmost to ensure that the political dialogue remains in a dead end.
