Shufersal and Yehiam have announced a recall for their private label Proschto Becker products.
The collection is carried out following the manufacturer's announcement, according to which it was found that some of the products were packaged at a lower drying level than required, and therefore there is a concern of non-compliance with the shelf life.
Recall on Yehiam's product,
Shufersal stated that "Following the manufacturer's announcement 'Delicacies of Yehiam (1993) Ltd.', the company acted to collect the product below from the chain's shelves, and the public is asked not to consume it.
This is a beef prosciutto - a dry and sliced smoked beef shoulder, 80 grams, product code 7296073342915, for use until 11.04.2022 inclusive, manufactured by Yehiam and also marketed under the Shufersal brand.
