Shun Lee Disciplinary Services Dormitory 52-year-old traffic police comatose and died in hospital

At about 11 pm on the 27th, the authorities received a report that a man fainted in a building on Shun Lee On Road, Kwun Tong.

The paramedics arrived at the scene and found that the middle-aged man was in a coma.

The police are investigating the incident.

It is understood that the scene is a unit in Block 6 of Shunli Disciplined Forces Dormitory.

The 52-year-old male victim was an off-duty police officer who was affiliated with the Department of Transportation of West Kowloon.

At the time of the incident, someone suddenly fell into a coma at home. The son found out that he had reported the incident and was eventually certified dead after being sent to the hospital.

The police stated that they received a report from the victim’s family at 11:13 pm on the 27th, accusing him of fainting at a unit on Lee On Road.

The male victim was in a coma and was sent to the United Hospital for treatment. He was later certified dead. The cause of death has yet to be determined after an autopsy. The case is classified as "death when sent to hospital."
