Turkish official statements revealed that the right to a fair trial of citizens was repeatedly violated.
The Turkish newspaper, Zaman, quoted data issued by the Constitutional Court on its website today, saying that the court rejected 89 percent of the objections to the violation of its rights within 9 years.
The data indicated that between 2012 and 2021, the Constitutional Court received 335,324 individual requests, as it decided to reject 246,752 requests to investigate violations, which is equivalent to 89.3% of the requests.
It is noteworthy that the Turkish regime headed by Recep Tayyip Erdogan turned Turkey into a large prison and a place for suppressing freedoms.
