This year, product availability will be the main issue in orders.
Bottlenecks in ports and skyrocketing costs of containers are two of the major problems in the upcoming shopping holidays and they can cause problems in product availability.
Overall, Salesforce expects a 94% drop in packages at risk for delays - or 40 million packages worldwide, compared to 700 million last year.
