Even the window frames from historical maps of the former Schwaige are included in the style concept, as is a wall painting in front of the main building.

The members of the committee for planning and development were already enthusiastic, in the local council Alexander Steininger (CSU) said equally euphorically: "This is one of the moments when you are happy to be able to work in the local council."
