TRIBUNE - The iFrap Foundation publishes, between now and the first round of the presidential election, ten studies on the priority subjects of the next five-year term. Today, for the second of these studies, the director general of the liberal think-tank sets out the measures recommended in terms of education.

The educational question will be at the heart of the debates for the presidential election of 2022. We are told that France wins, that we are poorly classified?

France is in the Pisa ranking, 23rd out of 82 in reading, 25th out of 82 in mathematics and science.

According to figures from the ministry, one in ten young French people have difficulty reading.

Some think that our problems with school results come from a lack of resources and propose to increase the expenses and salaries of teachers.

What if the subject was rather that of an allocation of resources rather than a lack of resources?
