The inexpensive antidepressant fluvoxamine could reduce the risk of severe disease from COVID-19 by nearly a third, according to research published by The Lancet Global Health.
The antidepressant is used to treat obsessive compulsive disorder or depression.
Researchers say more studies are needed.
