A phone call from Armin Laschet caused speculation in social networks.
Many users wonder how the CDU boss balances the smartphone.
Berlin - The 20th German Bundestag met for the first time on Tuesday to elect the new Bundestag President Bärbel Bas, for example.
It was also the first meeting in Berlin for numerous new young MPs.
Armin Laschet also took up his parliamentary mandate on Tuesday.
The day before, he had given up his post as Prime Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Hendrik Wüst was finally elected Laschet's successor on Wednesday.
In the aftermath of the meeting, however, neither the Bundestag President Bas nor the many young MPs were in the focus of the social networks, but Armin Laschet: A photo of the CDU chairman with a smartphone to his ear was circulated on Twitter.
Laschet can then be seen how the cell phone is on his ear without him holding it in his hand.

Armin Laschet with a cell phone to his ear: Not the first photo without hands
This is not the first photo of this kind: The Bild newspaper had already published a photo of Laschet on the way to the state representation of North Rhine-Westphalia at the beginning of October.
Laschet then walked across a sidewalk, smartphone to his ear, head tilted slightly as if he were balancing the device on his head, hands at waist height, full of files and other objects.
No bracket was recognizable there either.
