Nuremberg: New education campus is to be built
The location of the new school will be the former Prinovis site at Breslauer Straße 300 in the south of Nuremberg.
An education campus is to be built here in the future - with a technical college, a grammar school and a secondary school.
The establishment of junior classes for the new secondary school is planned for the school year 2024/2025.
The construction work for a five- to six-class secondary school with around 34 classes should be completed by the school year 2027/2028.

“The new secondary school will relieve the existing secondary schools in Nuremberg.
Because of the combination of general and vocational education, secondary schools are becoming more and more popular, ”says school clerk Cornelia Trinkl.
So far there are three state and four municipal secondary schools in Nuremberg, as well as five private and church-sponsored secondary schools.
