According to the police, at about 1 am today (29th), a roadblock was set up on Dundas Street, Yau Ma Tei to intercept a vehicle. During this period, a suspicious private car was intercepted. A man in the vehicle fled. Dijie subdued the man and found about 18 grams of suspected cocaine on him.

The officers then arrested the 21-year-old man named Chen and a 26-year-old man named Li in the car on suspicion of "drug trafficking." They are now being detained for investigation.

The total value of the drugs seized during the operation was about 20,000 Hong Kong dollars.

Drug trafficking is a serious crime. According to the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Chapter 134 of the Laws of Hong Kong, upon conviction, the maximum penalty is a fine of HK$5 million and life imprisonment.
